Dave Hubner
Senior Director, Global Aviation and Maritime Services
Dave Hubner leads Baron Weather’s Aviation and Maritime services, guiding strategy, partnerships, and product direction. His role drives partner success through integrated safer, smarter aviation and maritime operations worldwide. Dave brings more than a decade of leadership experience in aviation and maritime services. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Aviation Services at SiriusXM. During his tenure, he launched initiatives that improved customer satisfaction, strengthened partner relationships, and consistently exceeded revenue and subscriber targets. Earlier in his time at SiriusXM, he managed aviation and marine partnerships, negotiated key agreements, and supported major aviation and maritime events. His 25 plus years in aviation also include delivering aviation and weather SaaS solutions to airlines, airports, and business aviation operators, helping improve operational awareness, efficiency, and safety across complex, weather-driven operations. Dave is a private pilot and holds an MBA from Hood College.
